G&L Healthcare Advisors – FAQs

When does the new brand launch?

G&L Healthcare Advisors will be officially unveiled on January 10, 2023.

This will be most noticeable on our new website www.gandlhealth.com and our email addresses and signatures.

In addition to this, new brochures, slide decks and proposal documents will also be in circulation.

 

Why rebrand?

As we continue to grow and explore new opportunities, G&L Scientific doesn’t cover the full remit of what we do and, more importantly, what our clients want and need us to do.

While G&L Healthcare Advisors remains committed to our core Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance activities, it also takes into account the rapid expansion of the services and solutions we now offer as a result of client demand.

G&L Healthcare Advisors builds on the success and reputation of G&L Scientific and prepares us for future growth and the expansion of our services and solutions within the entire healthcare industry.

It leaves no room for doubt. Healthcare Advisors explains exactly what we do and the realm in which we do it.

 

Do we need a new website?

Our current website is now over two years old and, during that time, our brand and style have changed considerably.

The current website’s operating system means that fundamental changes to it are slow, time-consuming and often require external support. The new system affords us much greater control and autonomy to make changes fast and as and when we need them.

Additionally, the new site has been fully integrated with HubSpot and Google Analytics to ensure maximum data capture for improved analysis of that all-important visitor-to-client journey.

 

What will happen to the current website and email addresses?

Both will continue to work after January 10.

The current website www.gandlscientific.com will redirect to www.gandlhealth.com

Similarly, our new email addresses (jsmith@gandlhealth.com) will pick up all emails sent to the old gandlscientific.com addresses.

 

What will happen to our printed materials?

Our current internal and external documents have served us very well.

However, over the years, multiple versions of these have been produced and many older incarnations are still circulating and being used.

G&L Healthcare Advisors lets us draw a definitive line under all of this and moves the company forward with a cohesive style, tone and image across everything we produce and share.

 

Where can I find these new documents?

All our internal and external documents will be stored on the new website’s ‘intranet’ section.

This can only be accessed by G&L colleagues and all the documents contained within it will be the most up-to-date versions.

Additionally, any changes to the graphics and layouts that may be required can be made by contacting the Marketing team.

 

When can I see the new website?

The new website is currently in the build stage. Following this, we will be moving to the testing phase.

We will be establishing a testing committee to assist with this process and would be keen to hear from anyone who is interested in participating and assisting with this.

With testing completed, we intend to introduce the website to all staff in advance of January 10th to ensure everyone is familiar with the new site and all its features.

 

Will there be a launch campaign?

Yes. Creating awareness of our new brand and website is a priority and something in which we can all be involved.

Externally, there will be a short teaser campaign on social media – your reposts and likes would be greatly appreciated.

This will be accompanied by a launch video and correspondence sent to our clients and contacts.

We will also be approaching the various associations and membership groups to which we belong to assess sponsorship and advertising opportunities to promote the new brand and website.

Internally, all colleagues will receive a template email containing a link to the new website and launch video. This can then be sent to your clients and contacts to help make them directly aware of our exciting changes.

 

Is anything happening in the offices on January 10?

Yes. We would love to mark launch day on January 10 by inviting our colleagues to their offices for some coffee and treats.

We will also be distributing new G&L Healthcare Advisors merchandise.

 

So, what happens now/do I have to do anything?

Obviously, we’d love everyone to get involved and share our social posts and updates far and wide.

Aside from that, everything else will be taken care of.

Email and website addresses will transfer over automatically and we will be sharing a template email for you to send to clients and contacts if you wish.

 

What if I notice some old branding/merchandise/documents?

We really hope this doesn’t happen, but it is a possibility.
